How to Trade
A guide on how the trading process works on Arc-Traders.org
For Trade Creators
1. Receive Request
Interested players will send you a direct request. You will be informed about it via email & message. Then simply click on Open Requests in your profile menu to accept the request.
2. Start Conversation
After the request has been accepted, you can discuss the trade and clarify the next steps via chat. You will find the chat in your profile menu under the item Messages.
3. Trade in the Game
In the chat you will see both Embark IDs so you can add each other as friends or invite each other in the game. Before you enter a round together, make sure you always have a safety pouch. Then exchange your items as quickly as possible in a safe location and immediately place them in your safety pouch.
4. IMPORTANT: Complete and Rate the Trade
After the trade has been successfully completed, the trade creator must mark the trade as completed. This can be done via the "View Trade" button in the chat or via the "View Trade" button in the user area trade requests Accepted Trades. Then just quickly leave a review under the Pending Reviews link in the user menu, done. Note: If there are problems in the chat or with the trade, you have the option to report the other user in the chat or after the trade. ARC-Traders.org assumes no responsibility for lost items. For Trade Requesters
1. Browse Trades
Browse the Marketplace for items you need. Use filters to narrow down the search by platform or item type.
2. Send Request
Found something suitable? Send a request and wait to see if the trade creator accepts the request (You will be informed via message and email).
3. Start Conversation
After the request has been accepted, you can discuss the trade and clarify the next steps via chat. You will find the chat in your profile menu under the item Messages.
4. Trade in the Game
