These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Users agree not to upload or share any content that:

• Is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes intellectual property or proprietary rights
• Contains unauthorized advertising, spam, or solicitations

Arc-Traders.org reserves the right to review, edit, or delete any submitted content at its sole discretion. Violations of system or network security may result in account termination and potential legal action.

Users agree to conduct trades exactly as offered or requested. Upon completion of a trade, both parties (sender and recipient) must rate the trade before they can create or request new trades. If a user has not provided a rating within 7 days, the system will automatically rate the trade with 5 stars and mark it as successful. A user will be banned after 3 warnings.

Individuals and organizations may reference or promote Arc-Traders.org using its name and logo, provided usage is appropriate, non-defamatory, and does not imply official endorsement unless expressly permitted in writing. Arc-Traders.org is an independent fan-made trading platform and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Embark Studios AB.

Arc-Traders.org strictly prohibits Real-Money Trading (RMT) for in-game items or services. Transactions facilitated through this Website are intended solely for in-game trades between players using items-for-items or in-game equivalents.

Any attempt to trade for real currency or anything of monetary value outside of the game will result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be reported to Embark Studios AB. By using Arc-Traders.org, you agree to abide by this policy and engage only in legitimate in-game trades.

Arc-Traders.org is not an official product, is not affiliated with, and is not supported by Embark Studios AB. All game-related assets, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
